Frequently Asked Questions

1. If deciding between one and two oz. sizing, when should I consider two oz. sizing?

Answer:  When guests will be staying multiple nights, the two oz. size yields more applications and saves money.  Also, if property is a vacation rental and cleaning is not offered daily, the two oz. size is preferable.
2. What makes your soaps unique?
Answer: Our soaps are very popular and for good reason.  In addition to the amazing scents we achieve with our perfume grade oils, our soaps contain many organic ingredients such as organic oatmeal, organic apricot seeds and organic olive oil. In addition, the water content of our soaps are very low which yields a bar that lasts longer than most.  And for a final touch, these soaps are not just triple milled...they are quadruple milled for a very soft sudsy experience!
3. What makes your shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bathing gel unique?
Answer: We recognize that for the guest / user, it is quite possible that they will have been at the beach all day or outdoors enjoying nature.  Because of exposure to the elements, we decided to formulate our products using very moisturizing ingredients.  The shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bathing gel all contain generous amounts of aloe, shea oil and grapeseed oil as well as vitamins A and E. 
4. Can I buy less than a case?
Answer:  At this time, we only offer product in case quantities. 

5. How does private labeling work?

Answer:  After the products are selected and quantity is decided, we receive a 50% deposit for private labeling to begin.  Your logo and additional pertinent artwork you may have is submitted to our graphic artist for label creation. Once the label artwork has been created, the label graphics are submitted to customer in a .pdf file format for review and approval.  After approval, the labels are created and applied to products ordered.  This process can take between two and three weeks if multiple revisions are required. The remaining 50% of cost is due upon completion.

6. Can you tell me more about White Star Company?
Answer: White Star Company is a family owned company based in northern Florida.  We produce luxury perfumes, the accompanying bath and body products and home fragrances.  We service accounts nationwide on a retail level.  Our most popular perfume, "Tursiops", has been in production since 1998.  The White Star Company website is www.whitestarcompany.com.
7. Where do you offer shipping and how do you ship?
We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico.  For orders in the continental U.S. we use UPS Ground.  For Alaska and Hawaii, we use the U.S. Postal Service. For orders outside the U.S., we coordinate with the customer to determine the best shipping methods. We will only ship using methods that allow us to track and insure the shipments.
